Palermo Financial Group provides forms for borrowers and authorized representatives to submit loan inquiries, construction draw requests, loan payoff requests, ACH authorizations, and other servicing requests. Use of these forms constitutes agreement to these terms.
No Loan Approval Guarantee
Submitting a loan inquiry or loan application through our website does not guarantee loan approval, funding, loan modification, extension, waiver, or any other action by Palermo Financial Group. All loans are subject to underwriting approval, verification of information, and internal approval processes. Palermo may decline a loan application subject to applicable law and its fair-lending obligations.
No Construction Draw Approval Guarantee
Submitting a construction draw request does not guarantee draw approval, funding, or processing by any specific deadline. All construction draw requests are subject to review by Palermo, verification against loan documents, inspection requirements (if applicable), loan status verification, budget review, documentation review, and approval. Palermo may require inspections, additional documentation, or modifications before approving a draw request. Approval or denial remains subject to the governing loan documents, Palermo's underwriting and servicing standards, and applicable law.
No Payoff Statement Guarantee
Submitting a loan payoff request does not guarantee issuance of a payoff statement or processing by any specific deadline. All payoff requests are subject to review by Palermo. Payoff figures are only valid when issued in writing by Palermo and only through the good-through date stated in the payoff statement. Payoff amounts may change due to interest accrual, late charges, legal expenses, protective advances, or other adjustments. Palermo may require additional information or verification before issuing a payoff statement.
No ACH Setup Guarantee
Submitting an ACH authorization does not guarantee setup of ACH payments, verification of banking information, or processing of subsequent debits. All ACH authorizations are subject to verification and processing by Palermo. Palermo may require additional documentation, verification, or corrections before activating ACH debits.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, complete, and authorized information in all forms and submissions. You acknowledge that Palermo will rely on the information you provide and that inaccurate or incomplete information may result in denial of your request, delays in processing, or other consequences. You further acknowledge that misrepresentation of information may constitute fraud and may result in legal action.
Uploaded Documents
All documents you upload must be truthful, complete, accurate, and authorized for submission. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit uploaded documents and that their contents are accurate and not misleading. You acknowledge that Palermo may rely on uploaded documents and that falsification or misrepresentation may result in denial of your request or legal action.
